With a culture of outstanding customer service, our staff is pleased to offer the following services*
Slip In/Out Assistance
With a radio or phone call to the staff, a trained dockhand will handle lines and guide you in and/or out of your slip. The safety of our members and their vessels is our #1 priority. On July 4th, our staff stays until all boats are safely back in the harbor.
*All other services are provided after slip assistance.
Loading/Unloading Assistance
Our staff will meet you at your car or boat, assist with loading personal items into a golf cart, and deliver to your car or boat. Golf cart rides are also available for members and guest who are unable or prefer not to walk to/from their boat.
Open/Close Assistance
A call or text to the staff phone will send a team member to to uncover, fold and stow your canvas and windows, so your boat is ready for you to enjoy upon your arrival. Likewise, after a full and fun day on the water, the staff will re-install windows and canvas after you leave the facility.
Ice and Bottled Water Delivery
Bagged Ice and Bottled Fuji water is available for purchase and will be conveniently added to your NHA monthly statement. When you call to request uncovering, simply ask for ice and water and it will be added to your cooler.
Shoreby Grille/Catering Delivery
Place an order with the Shoreby Grille (charged to your Shoreby account) and an NHA team member will deliver it to your boat. Beginning in 2024, an exclusive NHA Catering menu (also charged to your Shoreby account) will also be available for delivery with 24 hours notice.
Member Only Events
Every summer, our events committee plans different events as an opportunity for our families to socialize and enjoy food trucks, libations, education, and even a little friendly competition.
Pump Out & PWC Lift in/out
Pump outs are available to be scheduled M-F at noon. A fee of $25 will be charged to your account. Members to not need to be present for this service.
PWC lift in and lift out services are available based on staff availability. A seasonal $100 fee will be charged for this service.
